About Our Team
Our team consists of five highly efficient members, operating under the Scrum framework for all development tasks. In fact, even non-development tasks within the team are managed following Scrum principles.
Each team member strictly adheres to the tasks outlined on our Kanban board, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines. We place great emphasis on the Sprint Review process, ensuring that every detail is carefully considered when presenting our progress to you. This meticulous approach allows us to deliver high-quality results efficiently and transparently.
About Our Leader
Our leader holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Utah in the United States. He began his professional career at Overstock as a Senior Software Developer, where he made significant contributions to the team.
After returning to mainland China, he joined Hisense Group as a Senior Developer and later became a Project Manager at the leading smart products company Yeelight. Following a year at Yeelight, he joined Miracle Games as a Product Director, overseeing software product development.
His deep research and hands-on experience in e-commerce and independent websites began over a decade ago. From independently managing Amazon operations to running high-conversion independent sites, he has developed extensive expertise in conversion optimization and keyword advertising.
